My family have just moved to Shrewsbury in the past 2 weeks and after being let down on a rental we were promised and effectively homeless, we went to Martin and Co for help in finding a home quickly. We were lucky to find a lovely 4 bed townhouse and the service provided to us by the agent was absolutely first class from start to finish. Everything was dealt with quickly and smoothly and we couldn't be happier. I have to give a special mention to natalie who was handling our application. She has been exceptional throughout the process, so helpful, considerate and punctual. She is a real credit to the business and I would advise anyone looking to rent to skip the other agents and go see natalie at Martin and co. If you want a professional service from someone who actually cares about you the individual rather than your money then natalie is the person to speak to! Thank you Martin and co. Kris and family 😊

We would like to take this opportunity to say that the Shrewsbury branch of Martin & Co are second to none! Issue or simple query alike, Simon, Tracie and the team were incredibly efficient and swift in responding no matter how big or small it may have been. They really made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble for them, and with juggling a young family it really put our minds at ease. We honestly could not recomend the team at Shrewsbury enough. Thank you Simon and Tracie for assisting us in making many fantastic memories for our children in the time that we were at the property.

My girlfriend and I are renting a house via Martin and Co in Shrewsbury, and at every step of the journey, all 3 members of staff have been incredibly helpful. Firstly, they are flexible around viewing times and answer all questions promptly. They will happily show you around a property more than once! Sorting out payments with them was easy and they are very transparent about the entire lettings process. They also provide you with all of the information you may possibly need about payments and terms. The communication received from Martin & Co Shrewsbury is second to none. Friendly, helpful, and even a good laugh! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They did not turn up to a viewing we had arranged and confirmed 3 days prior. An hour after the allotted time had passed and I had tried to call and also sent an email direct to the letting agent who was meant to be showing us round, I did receive an email inviting us to arrange another viewing. As I had driven 15 miles and wasted my entire lunch break to attend a viewing they forgot about, I rejected this. I was provided a video tour which would have been enough to make a decision in the first place. Ultimately, I was unimpressed on this occasion, primarily because of a human error.
