A friend recommended this agent to me sometime ago. She felt the care and professional advice she received was second to none. Since I started using them over a year ago, I haven’t looked back and all the worries of having to look after my house has been taken care of, including sourcing a tenant who respected my possessions, paying on time and dealing with all my requests in a timely and courteous manner. I couldn’t recommend Lindsey and her staff enough, namely Natalie, who is a credit to the organisation. I praise them for the very smooth transaction which can potentially be fraught with problems. So it’s a 5 star for me. Wish I could give more!

We had a number of scenarios that were tricky and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the initial conversation they got things moving really fast and efficiently. The photos they took were of great quality along with the Matterport. Amazingly, we sold our house with this fabulous estate agent within 2 weeks (STC). We received great support and service from the whole team at Martin & Co, and in particular from Lindsey. It was a difficult time to sell our house due to the lockdown, but also off of the back of our probate situation of which Lindsey was always understanding and handled our situation sensitively - far more than many estate agents would have I feel. Overall this felt we had a very personal service which was exactly what we wanted and needed at a difficult time in our lives. Everything went well in the end and Lindsey even went above and beyond to find us temporary accommodation at really short notice after our completion dates became elongated! The process of buying a property can be frustrating, lengthy and full of the kind of hurdles that take the wind out of one’s sails - chipping away the enthusiasm for what should be an exciting and joyful event. However from first viewing back in early April to being passed the keys for my new place last week, the team at Martin & Co really have shown the human touch. I have enjoyed positive and personable communications with them at all stages of the process. They honestly could not have done more to reassure me and make sure things were in place for the move. Responsive, professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with. My keys were delivered in person to me outside my new cottage and I received an armful of gifts from these top-notch agents as well as a handwritten card from the team. What a lovely way to begin my new life here in Shropshire! With everything else during the process of buying and selling feeling rather digital and distant, it was such a pleasure to feel ‘looked after’ by a team of real caring people at Martin & Co. I cannot fault the service I have received from Martin & Co Shrewsbury. From the excellent details on Rightmove that showed accurately the property I wanted, to the ongoing prompt and efficient management of my tenancy, I have no complaint at all. When I call in to the office, they are always happy to pop the kettle on and have a chat - the first time I went in, they sat for an hour and got to know me. I guess this is good news for landlords, as they can be sure that they are going the extra mile above what can be put on application forms. Their application fees were very reasonable, and the process was quick and easy. They have always communicated very well with me, and are happy to keep in touch via email or phone as suits my needs. All the staff in the office are approachable and friendly, and always seem keen to resolve any issues I might have. That said, there have been very few, as from a tenant's point of view, they are very on the ball with making sure that the properties they let are to a good standard, and well maintained. And after all that is said and done, they then leave you in peace to get on with enjoying your house - what more could I ask? A heartfelt thanks to Tracie and team from me.

Martin & Co aren't your average estate agents....they go beyond that. There is absolutely nothing you can fault with their 10 out of 10 service. The whole team always go that extra mile, and nothing is ever too much for them. After flying the nest and finding my first property with them, they made the whole proccess so easy. When it came to moving again, I actually waited until something suitable came up with Martin & Co again after they were so helpful the first time round. I can not emphasise enough how friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful the whole team in the office are. Without a doubt....the best by far in Shrewsbury.

My family have just moved to Shrewsbury in the past 2 weeks and after being let down on a rental we were promised and effectively homeless, we went to Martin and Co for help in finding a home quickly. We were lucky to find a lovely 4 bed townhouse and the service provided to us by the agent was absolutely first class from start to finish. Everything was dealt with quickly and smoothly and we couldn't be happier. I have to give a special mention to natalie who was handling our application. She has been exceptional throughout the process, so helpful, considerate and punctual. She is a real credit to the business and I would advise anyone looking to rent to skip the other agents and go see natalie at Martin and co.
