We chose Knight Frank alongside a local agent to sell our property. Initial meeting was upbeat and positive, however, the portal/paperwork was extremely clunky (it’s a useful idea but I was unclear about which site [Knight Frank or the Home Owner Passport site] to use which then required a couple of resets and a Kafkaesque encounter with the Compliance Department requiring the intervention of the Office Partner.

I rent the property from KF, it was good in the beginning however after I moved in lots of problems need to fix. The property manager is very hard to contact and I was being locked outside of flat for many hours because the lock is damaged. Moreover, every time ask them to replace or repair at least takes few months. KF has many nice properties, the only thing that matters is hope it doesn’t get wrong

Louie-Mae and the TCS support team have been excellent at being attentive to any needs around the contract and house upkeep, proactive in their work on the estate, and kind helpful people to have looking after the tenants whenever we need help. I've been happily renewing the contract for almost 5 years and this is in no small part to the ease they make living here.

We have come across too many sly and pushy estate agents during our search. To meet Louna from knight frank (tower bridge branch) was refreshing. She was dedicated, genuine, sincere and responsive throughout the entire process, from viewing to move in. She helped us secure a great place. Would highly recommend! Onboarding process / tenant referencing technology could be improved though, to save the back and forth manual emails.
