Rosi- my property manager has been very helpful to support with my request after move in, she assisted me in applying underground parking slot, fixing of the aircon and replacement of worn mattress. she has been very helpful and responsive.

All purchases have up's and down's and it's frequently not what's expected that catches you out. Knight Frank, I assume like most other agents did the basics well. What made their service special was how the unexpected was dealt with in a calm and professional manner - and this made all the difference as stress levels rose. Other estate agents were getting me below asking price and not able to find a high calibre applicant. Moreover, without her I would have found this tenancy agreement very exhaustive and stressful.
