FacebookWe sold our house through Halls last year and we were very impressed with the service we received. We were given regular updates throughout the process. A special mention to Margaret and Sally who went above and beyond their role of selling our house to keep such a stressful time as stress free as possible especially when I gave birth the day we moved house. Thanks Halls we would always recommend you to to anyone we know that is thinking of selling.

GoogleFantastic and friendly service throughout the process of renting out my property under full management. I would recommend Halls Shrewsbury to anyone who is looking for assistance in getting a property prepared for rental and then finding tenants. They were highly professional and explained what needed to be done, which really helped because I had no real idea as to what was involved. They have communicated with me throughout the process, from providing gardeners, electricians, cleaners etc. Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

GoogleOrganised a house viewing and after sitting outside the property and two phone calls later to only be told they thought they canceled the viewing as someone had put an offer in. Which I believe is a lie as the property is still on the market a week later. Only positive outcome of this is we know we won't be using Halls to sell our home as they may forget about potential buyers for us.

GoogleNot good . Missed to purchase our ideal piece of land because after ringing several times & being told there is nobody familiar with the details in the office. On one occasion I was told to ring back FIVE days later to speak to some one who new the particulars. Very poor.

We sold quickly and the team kept us up to date with the buyers position. They chased queries so we were never left wondering what was happening at each stage. GoogleRented a property off Halls for 9 years and they remained consistent with their service throughout. If any issues came up, they were addressed quickly. On leaving the property, they kept me up to date with what was going on and my deposit was returned promptly with no issues.

The service we received throughout was excellent, from Alex initially coming out to value our house, to completion, we were continually kept up to date with what was happening by Margaret and Sally ( Thank you!) nothing was too much trouble. We received a first class service and would happily recommend Halls to family and friends and would definitely sell through them again in the future.

GoogleI wanted to rent a commercial property. First enquiry was never answered, second I was told they'd call back. The call back when it came was approx 8.30 as she was in her car driving somewhat abrupt and that I should know her - property no longer available but would keep my details on file. Never heard another peep and I found another property myself.

Whilst you can't help but deal with the agent chosen by the seller, the team were not proactive in their communication and were actually dismissive when we expressed our initial interest. Did nothing to improve the reputation of estate agents in our eyes. The premises are light and airy, and they're clean and tidy.
