GoogleWe finally sold our property after being on the market for two years. The sales process took 8 months from initial offer and proved to be a tortuous affair due to a number of reasons not least a difficult buyer. Our Balfours representative, Charlie Giffard, maintained a very professional approach throughout this time and helped tremendously to manage some rather difficult conversations and challenges. At all times he conducted himself in a confident and business like manner, keeping us well informed at all times. Although our property took a long time to sell we were pleased with our choice of Balfours and in particular Mr. Giffard.

GoogleI will never be able to praise Duncan and all the team at Balfours enough for the excellent service they provided in selling my property. From the outset they were prompt, informative, efficient and effective. The marketing brochure they produced for my home was of outstanding quality. Duncan's considerable expertise was invaluable. His constant support, guidance and proactive approach meant the whole process was far less stressful for me than I thought possible. I would heartily recommend Balfours to any discerning person requiring a first class service.

GoogleWe recently bought a property in the area through Charlie at Balfours. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and will be in touch in the event we move on and need to sell. We were selling a property privately and Charlie also aided us in moving forward with this when it seemed our buyer was dragging his heels. Recommended.

GoogleThe service we received as buyers has been second to none. Our purchase has been very complicated but Charlie Giffard has really gone above and beyond over the last 8 months and always gets back to us and does what he promises. We have been so grateful that the vendors of our house used Balfours, to the extent that it is unlikely that the purchase would have happened otherwise.

GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of a property and can honestly say the service from beginning to end was exceptional. We did experience a few issues along the way, but Charlie assisted with everything from chasing up solicitors to finding out additional information that was needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
