GoogleThe branch manager George Hills was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The property was advertised well, advice readily given and they were ready to accept my decisions also. The office kept me informed at all times about the status of the sale and it all ran as smoothly as was possible. I would definitely recommend using them.

GoogleI just moved in a few days ago. I need to say a big thank you to all the agents involved. It was quite difficult to move from Reading to Shoreham. However, Warwick Baker allows both online and in person viewing. It made things a lot easier for me. All staff members are really professional and they replied to all my emails and calls almost instantly without a fail. They also cared about how I am moving down and settling. I've dealt with other real estate agents so I'm confident to say Warwick Baker is the most efficient and the best!

GoogleIf I could give no stars I would. Terry at Warwick Baker is highly unprofessional. Whenever we had any maintenance issues with our property she would email me complaining that we reported these issues with sarcastic and blunt responses. Our back door didn’t lock for around 4/5 months, there was mould throughout our property and when this was brought up with Warwick Baker they refused to install any proper ventilation or heating. The water pressure was absolutely shocking, and we had outdated storage heaters and a boiler that made such loud noises throughout the night. I would avoid renting with Warwick Baker at all costs, they were rude, unprofessional, unreliable and hard to approach.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

They were great at keeping us informed during a difficult lockdown period and with their help we managed to complete and move to our forever home. I called this estate agent as a buyer. The guy I spoke to, spoke over me, belittled my query and was so unhelpful. It was a nightmare. I am a professional woman who doesn't really need to put up with this from anyone, let alone someone who would need to help me through a purchase. I am completely amazed that people like this still exist. This guy was misogynistic, unhelpful and plain rude. What an amazing position to find yourself in that you can treat customers that way. I had £650k to spend. No matter what they list I am not buying through them. I cannot be the only person to think that. Wouldn't want them as my estate agent to sell or buy from
