They really went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through smoothly, staying in touch with everyone involved and keeping me updated the whole way. Their commitment and professionalism made such a difference. I’m so grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

GoogleWe decided to appoint Warwick Baker, as they had sold an apartment in the same block recently. George had a buyer lined up before it even went to market & an offer was offered the next day. Thanks to both George & Mark for their professionalism and helping the process along when it was needed. The photography of the property was great and they gave a list of solicitors that we could get quotes from and appoint. We would not hesitate in recommending,or indeed using them again. GoogleWe highly recommend George and Mark for their professional and responsive service during our house purchase and sale. Although our home was outside the Shoreham area, their excellent marketing material, which included a video, attracted several early viewings; resulting in an offer within three weeks. The team came back promptly to answer any questions and chased third parties when necessary. We found them efficient and very helpful, thank you!

In what turned out to be a rather protracted sale, George, especially, was always on hand to grasp the nettle and get things done. If you are ever selling a property in Shoreham or surrounds, Warwick Baker is the go-to team.

GoogleGeorge from the Shoreham office was brilliant with our house purchase. He was a great communicator, regularly keeping in touch and answering any questions almost instantly. He also gave both solicitors gentle nudges to keep the whole process moving smoothly and quickly. We ended up completing in 6 weeks from offer accepted, and George was a big part of that speed and efficiency. Will absolutely use George/Warwick Baker again if we need these services and would recommend them to anyone!

GoogleWarwick Baker have been the best lettings agency we’ve dealt with as renters. Terry was always so quick to reply to emails, very proactive, and genuinely lovely to communicate with! We were so impressed by the care we received over the 5 years of renting from them and would strongly suggest going through Warwick Baker if looking in the Shoreham area!! If we weren’t moving abroad we would have stayed as tenants for many more years. Thank you to the whole team for everything!

GoogleI’m writing this as a visitor in my partners flat (I live in Rome), my partner is an tenant for over a decade in the same flat; only few of the windows can be opened, the kitchen is falling apart. After little to no responses for 5+ months my boyfriend had to put a lot of work and his own money into this flat, simply to fix and / or update to modern standards. Sorry that I can’t leave a more positive review, but it seems to be quite tiresome renting with this agency, that also seems rather cheap when it comes to fixing/replacing.
Rona, Which property is this relating to as I am sorry but we do not recognise your name and it does not appear on our records. GoogleI don't usually write reviews but I was so upset with how I was treated by this company I thought I should share. I looked at purchasing a property with Warwick Baker. Wendy was lovely but unfortunately George was absolutely vile. I visited the property we were looking to purchased twice; once with my mum where george was very rude to her. I then had a few telephone conversations with George and he hung up on me a twice and also hung up on my boyfriend once. I honestly don't know how George still has a job. Needless to say, we decided not to purchase the property with this Estate Agent.
Emily, as you know our Vendor had instructed us to achieve an asking price offer, of which you unable to do so. I take my clients instructions though wanted to work with you so you could purchase your dream home. Your account of events is untrue and I would not put the phone down to anyone. I wish you all the best in your search for a new property. If you are now able to offer full asking price as initially suggested from the outset then please get in touch.

Not knowing the area, we tried some estate agents there but were disappointed with both the quality and price of what they had on offer. Warwick Baker, however, were much more helpful and helped us get an immediate viewing on a flat in Shoreham Beach. The flat was just what we were looking for. We wondered if Covid-19 would affect our chances of a purchase but with Warwick Baker, and our solicitors, pulling all the stops, the sale went through quickly. George was always available to answer our queries and keep us updated with progress. We would recommend Warwick Baker to anyone. Mark was on the ball and so good with communication throughout between the owners and the sellers and really helped push the sale through quickly, and as a first time buyer he helped settle any worries! GoogleUnfortunately, the service and communication I received was disappointing. I called up in the morning to arrange a viewing of a £245k one bedroom property I’d seen on Rightmove. I asked if it was still available and was told, yes. Turned up, and a lovely lady called Wendy greeted me and showed me around. She was helpful and friendly. However, it was soon apparent that the property was not the same one as the one in the photos on Rightmove. There was no disclaimer on the listing to say otherwise. The listing was also fully active/LIVE at the time. After I clarified the market price of £245k at the viewing, I was told that that property had already sold and I was being shown around a £260k+ property (which was out of my budget.) I totally appreciate miscommunications happen in business and we’re all human. Usually a quick apology would be all that was needed. However, after contacting the general manager to explain the situation, I received a short reply back saying “Those photos are of the show-flat” … but no explanation as to why this wasn’t made clear, and more importantly the fact that the property I went to view had already been sold.

But, George and his team are really helpful, knowledgeable and patient, always answered my questions quickly and effectively.
