GoogleMy wife and I recently sold our apartment with Warwick Baker estate agents. We dealt with Mark and George and found them both to be extremely helpful and efficient throughout the process. Our first sale fell through and Mark and George ensured to get it straight back on the market securing a new sale within a few days and were instrumental in pushing things along with the buyers solicitor. We can not fault their service, every phone call was returned and message passed on by Wendy if both were unavailable. We were extremely happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Wendy was also more than happy for me to go back with other family members. Once I had made the offer I was helped through the process by George. He constantly kept me updated and was able to answer all My questions regarding what happens next scenarios. Both Wendy and George were very amenable, friendly but professional

GoogleWe recently sold our property through Warwick Baker, and can not speak highly enough of George, Wendy and Mark. We managed to get a near asking price offer (in a little over a week), and Wendy and George were always on hand to keep our buyers informed of our purchase progress. I would not hesitate to use them to sell a property again in the future, and also advise family and friends to use them.

I cannot praise them highly enough, their level of professionalism is exemplary but more important they are so approachable, friendly and helpful. There cannot be a better Estate Agency in Shoreham by Sea and the bunch of flowers delivered by George the Branch Manager on moving day is a lovely idea. Thank you Mark, Wendy and George.

GoogleIt took them 5+ years and al many many emails before they fixed our windows (we could only open 3 out of 8, and in the past 5 weeks only 1…). After little to no responses we had to put a lot of work into this flat as we simply couldn’t wait any longer for things to get fixed and / or updated to modern standards. Sorry that I can’t leave a more positive review, but it can be quite gut wrenching renting with this agency…NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value

GoogleHave sold and purchased using Warwick Baker Estate Agents - and will continue to do so as circumstances allow. Professional, competitive and always accessible I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. I should also add that the challenges associated with the pandemic and in the face of issues relating to the STD cliff revealed their excellent appreciation and delivery of customer service. Great communication throughout the purchase, and his help and assistance were invaluable, no query was too small, and responses were swift and accurate. It removed so much potential stress from the whole process. Google(I hope this is in English since Google has suddenly decided I speak in another language!) The agent, George, who represented the sellers, was very helpful, professional, and willing to go the extra mile with us, the buyers. He made sure things went as smoothly as possible. Among other things, he was very knowledgable about the market in Shoreham and shared that knowledge with us willingly. He never tried to rush us. Instead he extended to us the courtesy of allowing us to make up our own minds about the properties we viewed. Needless to say, moving house in the middle of a pandemic presented unusual challenges, and he met them very ably. GoogleWe put our flat on the market just before the beginning of Lock Down and got a buyer straight away. Then of course came the isolation and 'working from home'. We thought that would be it, no chance of a sale. However, our lovely agent, George Hills, pulled out all the stops, working from home to make sure we completed. He was our 'go to', the person who liaised between all the various parties involved and whose cheerful and optimistic demeanor kept us buoyed up throughout the protracted negotiations. This was all untried territory for us all, a new experience and George and Warwick Baker as a whole handled our 'Isolated' sale with aplomb. Thank you all.
