GoogleOur experience with Oakley team was during the purchasing of a new build property. Thank you to the Oakley Property Team and specially to Jason and Nick. We had no issues at all and they made the process very smooth. We were first time buyers and had very little idea regarding all the processes. Oakley Property team made sure we had everything in place, advised us with mortgage advisor and solicitor. Team was responding our queries very quickly and clearly. Oakley were amazing at sorting out the tenancy for the timescale we wanted, the whole process was super easy, it also helped we had such an amazing rep to work with. The developer and their solicitors really made our lives difficult at times, and Oakley were a rock for us throughout, providing guidance, support, advice, and even sometimes stepping in and acting on our behalf to try and make the process as smooth as possible. GoogleWe had tried an estate agent in our town who promised the world and who are/were the top selling agents for our area. Disappointed with the difference in what we'd be told compared to what was delivered and regular failings in communications I investigated alternative agents. I went to Shoreham to pop into Oakley even though our home is/was in Worthing. The experience was genuine, open and honest. Instantly I knew I was in the right place regardless of the fact that they had few Worthing homes for resale. The service was swift. Everything Oakley said they did and on the agreed timescales. The service was friendly but professional. The photos were cleverly thought through. The client contact and updates first class. Oakley secured our sale and have seen it through to exchange with close to daily input between us and our buyers and have done so genuinely, openly and honestly. Like when you see a house and first impressions count first impressions also count with the agent involved. I have a lot of experience in sales and in estate agency and although I didn't tell the guys at Oakley this I was once an estate agent... 20 years ago admittedly but I was promoted up through the ranks quickly and gained a lot of agency experience. I can't speak highly enough of Oakley (Shoreham office) and their dedicated team of experts. I whole heartedly recommend them. Good luck to anyone selling... at least with Oakley you'll have the best chance and alleviate the stress a little.
