We’ve had a really positive experience with Nick at Oakley while buying our house in Shoreham. He’s been responsive, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, always quick to come back to us and keep things moving. We needed to arrange several additional visits with builders and a structural engineer, and Nick was always flexible and accommodating in helping us get access when we needed it. Buying a house can be quite a stressful process, but Nick made things feel much smoother and easier to manage.

Emily at Oakley's has been absolutely incredible through a very long and tricky moving process. She is super helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her, she is excellent at keeping in contact and communicating. She was by far the most tenacious person of all the estate agents in the chain, constantly chasing up solicitors, etc. I feel she truly went above and beyond what was expected from her during the process. I worked with Oakley on my first home purchase and I’m so pleased I did. As anyone knows it can be an incredibly stressful process but Oakley was there to help every step of the way and chivvy along those typical conveyances so I didn’t have to! Their Thirdfort system made completing the initial checks so easy and effortless, it was so much quicker than I thought it would be! They always answered calls and emails very quickly and gave me anything I needed throughout the process, even if I just needed reassurance! I personally worked with Jason, Sara and Nick and they were all fantastic. Sara was always there to talk me through anything or have a calming chat whenever I was stressed, Jason and Nick took me through the whole process and contacting all parties involved on my behalf so that we could push the purchase to completion. I would highly recommend Oakley to anyone looking to rent or purchase as they made the whole process so much easier and really cared about the individuals they were working with.
