Although the house we desperately wanted did not materialize mainly because the seller was not realistic with the value of his property , and compared to other neighbouring properties nick remained professional, he tried to negotiate the sale but all his hard work unfortunately could not secure a sale, we were impressd with his competence and knowledge and his patience throughout the whole process. We have now started the process again with other agents and oakley are definitely in a different class altogether, thankyou to nick for trying so hard for me and my family , we wish him well for the future and his upcoming wedding

Both the letting agent and manager at the Shoreham branch have been fantastic. From the initial visit to see a property, through the references and check in, Nick and Tina went above and beyond to help us move into the house smoothly. I can't speak highly enough of Oakley Property! Jason and Nick helped me with the sale of my house and I have been impressed from the outset: they made a very innovative promotional video that really captured the essence of the home and the advantages of its beach location. Not everything went plain sailing, in fact I've got caught up in the dreadful mini budget that sent the lending market in chaos with the known reverberation on the housing market. Despite this, Jason and Nick advised me step by step on the best options, including organising an interim let. Tis by being also very supportive and patient. Emily and the rest of Oakley letting department have been superb in finding excellent tenants at great rental value. They looked after all the aspects, including maintenance and assistance above and beyond one would expect from an estate agent. I strongly recommend Oakley!

Anna Ingram has been a delight

Anna Ingram has been a delight to work with. We did get off to a rocky start as i was very anxious about my elderly mother moving into her first property and she had a mountain of issues but Anna was able to calm me down and has been polite, professional and i am so happy she is my mothers property manager. i retract my original concerns regarding the management with Oakley and can now safely say that Anna has been an absolute star and has kept in contact with me constantly and going above and beyond to assist.
