He was constantly reassuring us and always looked to make the process as simple as possible. He was always proactive in making phone calls and enquiries on our behalf to help ease the inevitable stress that comes with moving house. I can't speak highly enough of Oakley Property! Jason and Nick helped me with the sale of my house and I have been impressed from the outset: they made a very innovative promotional video that really captured the essence of the home and the advantages of its beach location. Not everything went plain sailing, in fact I've got caught up in the dreadful mini budget that sent the lending market in chaos with the known reverberation on the housing market. Despite this, Jason and Nick advised me step by step on the best options, including organising an interim let. Tis by being also very supportive and patient. Emily and the rest of Oakley letting department have been superb in finding excellent tenants at great rental value. They looked after all the aspects, including maintenance and assistance above and beyond one would expect from an estate agent. I strongly recommend Oakley!

We completed on our property four days ago and I have to say that I couldn't be happier with the service from Jason and the Oakley team in Shoreham by Sea. From the beginning they have been honest (an important quality during the difficult process of selling/buying a house), professional, understanding and friendly. They have put up with my impatience and numerous calls to check the status of things, and not once I got an answer that made me think I was being annoying (when most likely I was!!)
