Jason and the team at Oakley went above and beyond to help us secure the purchase of our new home. They were unfailingly friendly, and helpful, and were always at the end of the phone/email with any queries, big or small (of which there were many!) From the initial valuation right through to completion we couldn't fault the service we got from the entire Oakley team at the Shoreham branch. We saw a number of Estate Agents before going with Nick and his team and what swung it for us was their straightforward - 'non-salesy' valuation meeting and personalised follow-up letter. Despite the sales process being very frustrating with 2 fall-throughs.... Each time the team Jason and Emily had back-up plans and worked hard to get people back through door very quickly ....in fact the house sold 3 times over - each time within a week of it being re-listed! Emails were always responded to very quickly and if they couldn't get an answer the same day, they always gave timeframes and stuck to them. Sara was always on hand to answer any administrative queries we had and got all paperwork out to us quickly and the whole team were professional and reassuring throughout. If only they had an office in Worthing, we would definitely use them to sell our next house when it is time. Thank you to Emily, Jason, Sara and Nick - We really enjoyed working with you.

We purchased a property marketed by Oakley, Shoreham-by-Sea. Everything was first class from the initial contact with Sara, two viewings (Emily and another Sara), to agreeing the purchase and finalising the sales documentation with Nick. Then we hit some legal issues as did the foot of the chain. This caused some worrying delays and fears about the whole chain unravelling which would have been both an emotional turmoil and a big expense. During this time Nick did an outstanding job over a six week period liaising with multiple parties, clarifying the issues, what needed to be done or suggesting routes forward. Without Nick we would undoubtedly have lost the property as the chain unravelled. Nick showed great empathy for our situation but above all, found ways to keep everyone together so we could exchange contracts.
