GoogleI’m writing this to encourage those looking for a reliable estate agent, that Isobel was next to perfect. A genuine lovely girl who went more than the extra mile to help me get my first home. From the first time we were put in contact right down to the final paper signings, Isobel was super responsive, professional, knowledgeable and happy to answer all the questions a first time buyer had! I highly recommend Beals to anyone reading this review as they clearly have a great recruitment team with an eye of passionate employees, and always put the customer first! Experienced - I have had dealings with the Company for a long time. Darren is now older than me when I first met him, by many years! In that time he has proved to be very capable and understanding of property and business issues. The cars he drives reflect his current status and ability. Team player and good man manager, probably caused his loss of hair but at least he retains his charm.

I used Beal's when I was looking to move house. I found the service that I received from Charles, second to none. He was professional and friendly, and handled any questions I threw at him well. Although, I haven't found the right property for me yet, I will definitely be using Beal's in the future and would highly recommend Charles.

Poor quality of service. As a landlord deciding to use Beales was a big mistake. They really don’t care about providing a quality service or supporting the landlord. If you decide to use Beales to manage your property, you will quickly learn that the most important thing to them is getting anyone into your property for the sake of securing the monthly agent fees.

Terrible! My son has been chasing for a meter reading for 4 months and still no response. No answerphone either. I’d avoid!

Dan and Olly were extremely helpful during the process of our recent house sale. Dan sent numerous emails every day towards the end of the transaction. Constantly pushing the process forward, due to the buyers solicitors being extremely slow and inefficient. What should have been an easy no chain transaction took 6 months, it would have been longer without Beales expertise. Thanks guys.
