GoogleI’m sure the older you get the more they respect you, but as a student they completely disregard you. Took us over 2 months to get them to sort out our fallen in kitchen over winter... generally unresponsive too which is not helpful. Would consider lightly if you’re a student.

GoogleWe bought a property that was sold by Haart a couple of years ago, and was very impressed with them at the time despite not being their client. So it was a no brainer that when it came to selling our property we didn't want to look elsewhere and decided to instruct Haart. Liam and the new team in Clifton have been extremely professional, and despite some challenges they really did go above and beyond to find us credible buyers for our property within just a few weeks. They completely took on board how important it is for us to move quickly and also referred us to their mortgage adviser and solicitors all for a seamless process. A great agent to work with during such a stressful time. GoogleI have been struggling to find a property at the moment. I am a single mum with 2 babies who is currently receiving benefits. So finding a place has been harder as so many landlords don’t take housing benefits and some don’t take children. I have had no luck in finding a place. I phoned Haart the other night upon seeing a property advertised that suited my requirements. When I phoned I spoke with a lovely lady called Nicola Lewis, who let me know that there was so many enquires about this property. However, she spent a while on the phone with me and tried her hardest to find me somewhere. She asked plenty of questions to really get a great idea of what would be my ideal property. Took plenty of time and effort into finding me somewhere. She sent across a property to me, which upon considering I felt it wouldn’t suit me but had great potential! She is back to searching for me and has been great! Really polite, friendly and kind. She’s been an amazing help and give me the hope that I will get somewhere and hopefully soon! If you’re looking for someone to find you your dream property and do it with so much enthusiasm and thought put into it definitely phone haart and ask for Nicola! GoogleHaart have been really easy to work with. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Our only minor issue was that the member of staff who was present at both of our house viewings was (despite being delightful and helpful) not the member of the ream who had been briefed on the property - which meant they were sadly unable to answer any questions about the build, age or other aspects of the home. Not a deal breaker, but possibly something to improve on!PositiveProfessionalism
