GoogleTime wasting - Arranged a viewing for 2pm. 2.15pm nobody had turned up, called the office and the lady said they were stuck with a customer. The lady got to the property and said she didn't have keys, they were with the maintenance team. So could not view the property. Said she would email me the next morning to arrange a viewing.... never heard back. Bad service really, I know problems occur, but its how you rectify them that makes a difference, however fields, or particularly the Advisor working there isn't too bothered about wasting valuable time.

From the start of the process right to the end they were brilliant, continuous communication, quick to resolve any queries, professional throughout, liaising with solicitors and buyers to ensure the chain was solid until completion.
