Exceptional professional service received from Adam. Our house conveyancing journey was long and protracted due to a variety of issues beyond our control. We selected to purchase a house where Field's of Shifnal were representing the vendor. Throughout the process, communication was thorough and excellent at all times. Adam went above and beyond expectations liaising with all parties up and down the chain and kept pushing where necessary to keep all and everyone on track and focussed. All this done with determination, good humour and in his own special style; taking people with him on the way and committed to getting the job done for the benefit of all parties. We would not of got over the finishing line without his tremendous support which was so welcomed at what is, a very emotional and stressful event in life. Thank you is just simply not enough.

Highly recommend Fields of Shifnal. Adam was brilliant on the purchase, great communication, fast responses and completely transparent throughout. He kept the chain moving and made the whole process far less stressful. For lettings, Chloe and Keira have been equally impressive; proactive, professional and thorough with tenant enquiries and screening with regular updates along the way. A genuinely helpful team, would happily use them again.

Fields is a one of a kind Estate Agent, who genuinely care. I have been in some difficult situations over the past couple of years, and have rented two properties from Fields in this time. Sarah, who I can only refer to as my Fairy Godmother, went above and beyond multiple times, to listen to me, to support me and ensure the properties I rented were not only suitable, but dream homes for me and my daughter. Sarah and her team are exceptional at keeping in constant communication, helping with any documentation with solid advice and guidance, and are reassuring at all times. From everyone I know who has ever rented, they have never had the warm, above and beyond experience I have had with Fields. I am truly grateful and, honestly, thank you doesn’t seem enough! I look forward to my next opportunity to rent/buy with you again!

I couldn’t be more delighted with the service I received from Fields Estate Agents. They helped me secure the most beautiful period rental property, and I know I’m going to be incredibly happy there. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of outstanding. Every single member of staff I met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. They all went the extra mile to help, and what stood out most was the very human approach they brought to the whole experience. They took the time to explain everything clearly and simply, which made the process feel easy and completely stress-free, especially as it was unfamiliar territory for me. They put me at ease straight away and made what could have been a daunting experience feel comfortable, personal, and even special. I feel completely assured and confident in their service. The whole experience felt tailored and individual, never transactional. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fields Estate Agents to anyone looking to rent or buy. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, warmth, and exceptional support.

Fields have been absolutely fabulous! We had a very lengthy house buying/selling process, due to a number of factors that were completely out of our control. Whilst this was extremely stressful and emotionally exhausting, Fields remained the one constant throughout. The team, particularly Becky and Adam, have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive! They worked tirelessly with us to ensure a successful outcome and it really felt like they were on the journey with us! We would thoroughly recommend Fields to any potential house buyers/sellers.

I'm impressed and grateful for the service from Fields of Shifnal. They have managed my rental property since the day I bought it and helped in so many ways: e.g. taking care of repairs and decorating and making sure the house was in good shape for renting out to tenants; finding me a good tenant and managing the relationship, ensuring repairs and maintenance and yearly checks such as gas safety are done - basically everything. They are a small, friendly and professional team and for me it's a relief to have everything taken care of by experts.
