FacebookI had bad experience with fields of shifnal ,I have been booked for viewing for a house on 30th jan 2024 at13:30 since 26th of January and on 30th in the day of the viewing I just finished my night shift in the hospital and went directly to sleep so I can wake up at 12:00 and I drove to the location and I got lost and when I called the office to check the location they surprised that the house gone just like that and I asked them why you didn't email me on day before they said they left voice message in the morning of the viewing and I asked why you didn't send email which more official as my phone was down because of low charge she said that our communication and if you don't like don't do work with us ,I felt very bad till now and being disrespected and carless behave . The staff made feel very humiliated and disrespected .

GoogleWe decided to use fields of shifnal as they were highly recommended by numerous people that had used their services, we as a family sold our property, through fields that was handled in the most professional way that made the process a lot easier reassuring us when the process became a little protracted that fields would proactively manage the sale which they did exceptionally well. We then rented a property from fields which was handled excellently nothing was too much trouble, Adam was very proactive at resolving issues personally professionally and speedily. We then purchased a fields property which was handled expertly with Adam again managing all aspects of the sale efficiently and professionally even assisting with the solicitors to ensure the purchase completed on time. Excellent company excellent staff highly recommended.

GoogleWe received valuations from a few local estate agents, however we decided to go with fields as we felt confident with their approach and their knowledge of Shifnal and the surrounding areas. It was 100% the right decision. Adam and his team worked hard to ensure all viewers were vetted correctly and did not waste our time. They gave us sound advice, which helped us make the right decision. We were up against the clock with our sale and Adam went above and beyond to ensure our sale went ahead within the warranted time period. I would highly recommend fields and will be using them again for any future moves.

GoogleI have not had to deal with an estate agent for many years . So I am new to how it works , but I am sure Becky went over and above her role, in the sale of my house , to knock my door to ask how I am feeling ? due to a problem with the sale . Reassuring me it will be fine. Thank you very much for showing the human side your company obviously has . What ever happens to my sale, I will continue to to use them to get the outcome I need … I highly recommend fields . Becky is lovers and professional and helpful.

GoogleExcellent customer service!!! Rang last Friday morning to ask for a viewing of a property and the lady took all of my details and said a sales colleague would call me. It’s now Monday afternoon and no call and the property is now ‘under offer’. Fine, but just have the courtesy to ring me back in the first place. Suppose it’s too much to ask in this day and age! Rang up yesterday to book a viewing of a bungalow. The advert then disappeared and reappeared later in the day £10,000 more expensive! Not good conduct in my opinion.

GoogleNOT A GOOD COMPANY AT ALL very very bad service. Even though everything they asked for we gave them. They asked us for 3 months rent we gave it to them both working full time jobs they wanted us to have £ 30,000 in savings even though we passed ( ALL) the checks still not enough they kept moving the goal posts whatever they wanted we gave but enough was never enough. Now I am fighting to get my holding deposit back but everytime I send an email they send another email back ( OUT OF OFFICE) but the funny thing is I rang the shop and SUE answered the phone MMM yeah right out of office. I was even forced to email the Estates office regarding the treatment we have recived but they just said we failed the checks ( WHICH WE DIDN'T ) we passed every check. So that yet again is another lie. Now we are going to use a more professional company
Hi Elaine, Completely untrue in all of your transcript. You failed referencing and were not truthful on your current situation regarding the sale of your property falling through. You were extremely difficult to contact and your replies were loose with their content at best. We are fully and legally able to withhold your holding fee if you fail referencing due to income not being qualified as enough to rent this property or any property. We were completely transparent from the start. Unfortunately, you were not. All of our transcripts were passed via our client to ensure complete transparency. They agreed and the decision was not to allow your tenancy. We wish you the very best in future but please be transparent with the next agency you deal with to avoid the same situation you will find yourselves in again. GoogleRecently just given up my second property that I've rented off them in the last 7 years. First was was in Telford in 2014 for a year and recently a cottage in Blymhill for 2 years. Can't fault them, always professional and follow up any issues with properties. If I ever move back to the Telford area in the future, they will be the first agents I search with.
