GoogleI was finding a place for letting in Nottingham recently. Fortunately, I could get help from Whitegates. They arranged me for viewing a property in accordance with my request and then I got help from Nathan Stray. He guided me to finish the tenancy agreement with very clear instructions. He is very helpful and kind. When I had any problems to ask him, he would respond me rapidly and would provide proper service to me. Thank you very much to Whitegates and Nathan Stray.

GoogleI just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to "ADAM CLARKE" for being the best agent I have ever dealt with, I have moved many times before but Adam really made things quick, easy and smooth for me. So easy to talk to, to get a hold of, to have serious yet jokey conversations with making the whole process so much more comfortable. He knows how to deal with a problem and how to come about difficult situations. He's not one to give up and will do his best to help the Client. I can't Thank him enough for my new place - it was all him! Even being away on holiday and not being able to communicate as much during the process Adam never failed to still push the process as well as being patient with me - 20/10 * Such a sweetheart!! He deserves an Agent of the Year award ^-^

GoogleAdam attended my place on time and only a day after I booked too. While he gave me a very fair rental price for my property, Adam also gave me some great advice on practicalities and what to expect financially too. As this is an all new experience for me I really appreciated the time he took to explain things in a clear way. His follow up email was also quick and really helped with my decision making. Top, friendly fella too, highly recommend. Also a shout to Tiarna as well who was super helpful and friendly.
