GoogleBooked a viewing with Adam who was so informative and helpful, showing a strong knowledge of the property and the landlord. Compared to other agents I've worked with, Adam has by far been the best and the most genuine, he was personable and it really felt that he had our best interests at heart. Adam followed up with me and had great communication, and I will definitely be working with Adam in the future when looking for properties.

GooglePoor service very slow response and unprofessional staff when we had contract with them they even said. I'll send you all the paperwork via email and you have to print them and bring them back. Whit agency we are now they did everything for us much much more professional before this agency we couldn't compare but now I see how its should be... Not recommended at all.....

Hi Peter Thank you for your review. We do appreciate any feedback given even if it is negative, as we may be able to improve our service. We would like to apologise if we didn’t match up to your standards during the application process. We are not sure exactly what happened as all our applications are digital. We have looked at your contact with us during the short time that we were managing the property (since March 2019). We did not have any maintenance (or other) issues during this time. After your fixed term ended you decided to give us notice and we then attended the property to do a move-out inspection. The original inventory indicated that there were some issues with the condition of the property (which was brand new when you moved in). These needed to be addressed in order for us to ensure the property would be ready for the next tenants. We would conclude by confirming that we are members of The Dispute Service and any deposit issues can be referred to them for independent arbitration. Best regards Whitegates Sherwood

GoogleTheir service was truly amazing! I was mainly assisted by an agent named Tiarna Grays. She was extremely professional and kind right from the viewing to the day I was handed my keys. She always responded to my emails promptly and on the few occasions I could not reach her, I would just call her office and be assisted by her equally spectacular colleagues. Thank you Whitegates for this beautiful property I am now comfortably living in.

GoogleI have been looking for a property for weeks and everywhere i looked there was the issue that the house would go too quickly, when i got in the whitegates agency, Tiarna has looked at my criterias and found a flat to match immidiately, she was very kind to let me view the flat on the same day and has been very efficient in comunicating during the process of credit and references checks. as a matter of fact i am now moving in my new flat tomorrow, and i feel so releived that Tiarna has always been great on keeping me in the loop with everything. great sarvice and great people skills
