FacebookWorst estate agent I ever meet !!! incompetent staff - poor inspection and reporting quality. As a tenant I has been cheated through their inspection trick and they are charging me damages that I haven't done, even though it has been reported to their office. The worst thing, they push me to take the responsibilities by changing the damages terms. Luckily I not stupid.
My advice to new tenant, ask them to do move-in inspection in your presence. In my case, they ask me to do move-in by myself and the inspection's comment only based on my limited information about the property. Keep all the inspection documents, in my case they even charging me the damages that have been reported in the original document. Luckily I keep all the documents and able to defend my self.
