However, since our first encounter with Leah, who led the viewing of our current property, we had the sense that Newboulds & Co were different. When we encountered difficulties in getting through the referencing process, which threatened to derail the rental, Barry persisted to find a way around it. Their communication is always prompt and friendly and we feel in safe hands having them as the managing agents for our property.

Unprofessional, rude and absolutely useless. Arranged a viewing well in advance for the weekend. We travelled from Central London in the rain all the way to Walton on Thames. By the time we arrive in Hampton we receive an email just cancelling the viewing. No explanation. When we call to find out what's happening the only response is its been let. We asked why they didn't ca us instead and all we got back was, what do you want me to do about it. From first contact with the Newboulds team they were courteous, very professional and efficiently and effectively dealt with any questions/issues. My personal contact throughout the selling process was David. He was very reliable, honest and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, he always answered emails and phone calls and he worked above and beyond to assist with the sale of property from viewings to the purchase. He kept me updated regularly, had a positive attitude and was supportive during stressful times caused by personal issues which were occurring at the same time as the sale. This is the third time that Newboulds & Co have sold one of our properties, they also let out and manage a property of ours and the service has always been faultless compared to our previous experiences. The service from David, Barry & Leah has always been exceptional, they really do go above and beyond to make sure that everything runs smoothly. It really does feel like a personalised experience with the knowledge they have about the properties (Even more so than me after living in one for over 36 years!) and the updates and contact throughout the long processes involved with large chains really gives you reassurance.
