Five stars rating is not even enough for Newboulds and Co. Estate Agent's services delivered to customer, especially sale director Mr Chad Newbould. His services were amazing from the beginning of the house viewing appointment and completion to the end. I sold my current flat and purchased a new house at the same time. A big party was involved in my sale and purchase matter such as Peabody sale team, valuation team, advertising team, my solicitor for sale,solicitor from my buyer, solicitor from Peabody, my mortgage advisor, solicitor for my purchase, solicitor from vendor, mortgage lender and private surveyor etc...... It was so complicated to got smooth progress. Every morning, he chased the progress, watched closely and informed to everyone. If the progress was slow or stuck somewhere, he tried to sort it out as much as he could. He even chased to my buyer and buyer solicitor for progress which I have to do.Durition of my offer acceptance date and completion date were only took just above three months. That was very good timing because of his efforts. I even respected and copied him for how he worked professionally. I recommended him and Newboulds for more than 100%. Thanks millions to Chad and all of staff to Newboulds for our dream became true very quickly. We are now living in lovely house, safe, nice and quiet residential area. Thank you, thank you, thank you all. We are so appreciated.

Thanks so much to Dave for finding us our perfect family home in Shepperton. This isn’t the first time Dave has found me a property and he was amazing both times! This purchase had a bit of a deadline as we’re expecting our first baby and despite the hiccups of some uncontrollable issues Dave was positive, supportive and went above and beyond to make this all happen as smoothly as possible. UPDATED: April 2025: David helped us to sell our Shepperton property this year and we were incredibly pleased once again with the service he provided. David was on hand to answer any queries we had and was also a great sounding board when talking to him about our ongoing purchase. I originally found Newboulds & Co through a number of local Facebook group recommendations. We thought it would be a challenging time to sell (instructing at the very end of the stamp duty holiday period) however David Long was fantastic from the moment he came over for a valuation all the way through to completion day. From taking care of the little details - such as following Covid advice (something that another Agent had to be asked to do!) to the larger tasks - such as dealing with difficult conveyancers, David navigated the complexities with ease; keeping us informed every step of the way. He genuinely cares about his clients and was always there for us, answering any questions and give us honest advice on certain matters. There really isn't an Agent that comes close to Newboulds, so my husband and I highly recommend them without a doubt.

We brought our property in Shepperton earlier this year and can say that we had nothing but a brilliant experience from David and his team. The property is a lease hold and quite a complicated process so it took a bit longer than expected but David was there to answer any questions almost immediately. As first time sellers, Newboulds has been tremendously professional and helpful throughout the process. 1. David and Barry were always just an email or phone call away. They provided knowledgeable, considered, and comprehensive responses to our questions. This was evident as early as the valuation stage, and it was the main reasons that we went with them. Having David as a main point of contact throughout the entire process also created consistency and accountability that I feel the bigger chains lack. 2. They went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the listing. The photographer returned a second time to take extra photos upon request. They also took good care of the buyers - we had two viewings very quickly and both resulted in offers. 3. We organized a number of services using their recommended businesses (cleaner, rubbish removal), which had proved to be very reliable and of good value. We also had to bother them with a varied range of admin tasks, some of which are not their responsibility, but they were nevertheless very keen to help. Honest, trustworthy and professional, we'd totally use David and Barry's services again!
