Having dealings with Haart is a breath of fresh air! Having first started our search for our first home with a number of estate agents previously, I knew we were with the right one when we went out on a viewing with Haart. The professionalism and experience we got from George Ott showing us around the property was a great experience he was very helpful and gave us all the answers to our questions. He was very efficient throughout the process and also not forgetting to mention very patient with us with the numerous visits back to the house after exchange right through to completion. We are greatful to have had such a wonderful team who have helped us through such a big decision. Thank you once again! Highly recommended!

I can't push the point more of how impressed I am with this estate agents. It's a Friday night, our first night in our new house and we've been locked out. It's gone 2100 and someone from the agency has dropped their Friday evening to go to the office, to then come to our house and let us in. Not only have they done this but they have also done it free of charge. You don't get better service thank this. If you're thinking of renting with Haart then take my word for it... you will have absolutely nothing to worry about. Big shout out to both the fleet and ashford branch!!!!

We received a prompt call back to our initial call , then we experienced a professional yet personal service right through. Stephanie has shown a superb grasp of the detail in getting us where we want to be including help with our specific insurance requirements There are lots of small things to get right and she has done very well. Many agents I had found to be vague and sorry to say a little lazy. We did not experience any of that with Haart. Thanks again!

Haart Shepperton are not just professional in their approach to clients - they are also willing to go the extra mile just to make sure that you find, not just a place to stay, but a home. We went to quite a few estate agents before we found Haart Shepperton and we would like to say that they rise way above the rest in terms of client servicing. We were serviced by Fozley Topadar who is the best agent that we have ever met - diligent, meticulous, with a great can-do attitude! I had a great experience with Haart Lettings, Shepperton. I was first very relactent renting via estate agent, but from the first phone call to arrange a viewing they were very helpful and accommodating. The whole process of going through could not have been easier and being introduced to the tenant shop was an enormous help to set everything up.
