GoogleBig name with a poor customer service, We had visited a brand new property with Senior Lettings Negotiator, first of the landlady was more welcoming than the agent . After a quick visit , we ( me and wife ) asked them to give us few minutes to talk at outside the property . The landlady was happy about that but again the letting negotiator interrupt her and told us you go home I will call you this evening from the office. And ...... we are still waiting. The way we were treated by your agent was showing us that she doesn’t want to let us to go ahead with that property despite having 2 full time incomes and also a guarantor. I wish she was more clear about that or simply could say that she had promised that property to someone else rather than wasting our time. In conclusion I would not recommend country properties to anyone or anybody.

GoogleSteph at Country Properties was exceptional. If it wasn’t for her the whole moving process would have been a lot more stressful. Her drive certainly got things done quicker than it would normally have taken.

GoogleCan't fault! Great service from start to finish... And beyond! Worked effortlessly with the builders if my new home to ensure all my needs were met. Steph in particular has a great rapport with the builders and continues to ensure the 'little things' are sorted. Highly recommended!

GoogleCountry Properties have looked after my rental property for 5 years with the utmost professionalism. Selecting tenants who were right for the property. My main contact in the Lettings office was Debbie Brown who always ensured that everything was in good order. I live abroad and there for unable to go to the property at anytime. Debbie has attended to every detail no matter how small. I must also mention the other members of staff who in Debbies absence have also been efficient and professional. I have to thank them all
