William H Brown were the estate agents for the property we bought in Aug 2025 in the Dinnington area. Our main point of contact was Sarah, with superb back up from Ellie. While our own estate agent were a source of much disappointment, Sarah was the one to take the lead, engaging with all parties, moving things forward and always taking the time to update us on what was going on and if she was on a day off, Ellie ensured we were kept informed. Even of the day of the move, Sarah was the one to ring us and let us know where we were with completion - I had to ring my own estate agent and tell him. A bit of a unique review as we did not engage William H Brown to act for us, but I cannot fault the effort Sarah and Ellie went to in order to get us in to our new home, thank you both.

I’ve just used the services of W H Brown estate agents at Dinnington to sell a house. Great service from the start to completion of sale. All the staff were really helpful with whatever enquiries I had. They explained the process at every stage and also helped me with completing and checking any paper work I had to complete. Whenever I needed to contact the office they answered promptly so no waiting for call backs. The service I received was always friendly, it felt personal and so was very reassuring.

I cannot recommend the team at William H Brown in Dinnington enough! Everything from start to finish has been so easy, and everyone has been so helpful - especially as we were first time buyers and had lots of questions. Frankie was amazing at sorting us with a mortgage and making sure we had all of the right insurances and helped us arrange viewings alongside Jane. We ended up purchasing the first house we went to view. Elle then took over and was so on the ball, helping us chase solicitors and was always a phone call or email away if we needed anything. I haven’t had the easiest process as a first time buyer dealing with solicitors and things but Elle was always on the other side of the phone, happy to help, chasing things for me and getting back to me within a timely manner! If I’m honest I wouldn’t know what I’d have done without her she has been fantastic. Thank you so much Elle I also want to mention frankie, our mortgage advisor.
