It's very fair to say I was not disappointed as they helped achieve beyond my asking price, handled all the viewings and any queries very professionally. GoogleEnquiry with this agent was fruitless. I was advised that there were significant delays for a viewing due to diary being full. Vendor should place property with agent that provides a better service!

GoogleTake ages to sort out deposits. Totally unreasonable when you try and talk to them. Just an all around expensive and dissatisfying experience. Say they're different from other agents....but they're exactly the same. Will try and exploit tenants for profit. Avoid.

FacebookArranged viewing on a property. Spent money on trains and bus journeys to get there with a new born baby only to find out someone had been living in the property for the last 2 weeks (only arranged my viewing 2 days ago). No viewing rep turned up either. Waste of time and money.

GoogleVery disappointed. I talked with them about renting a house completed the applications went twice to the office and after talking with the landlord and telling me that we would proceed they call the next day and cancel. Very dissatisfied.
