GoogleWe got an initial valuation with Andy Robinson and signed a contract with Whitehornes 1 year prior to us actually listing our property. We felt absolutely no pressure to list within this period and there was a good level of communication to update us on the state of the housing market. When we decided to list, they were extremely prompt in listing it online and setting up our online portal, so we could manage the viewing timetable with ease (a fantastic feature). During the sale, they were hugely supportive (Kerry Sanderson in particular) in ensuring the agreed sale price was maintained following a request from the buyer to reduce it months later. We would strongly recommend using Whitehornes for their professionalism, communication and understanding.

GoogleWhitehornes have managed our rental property for several years now. They have recommended two new tenants in this time, who have taken long term rental so they must be satisfied as we are with Whitehornes rental management. Maintenance issues should they arise are dealt with promptly by their sub contractor teams. All staff are really professional and helpful nothing is too much trouble, which we appreciate as we live abroad. Great team and great company.

GoogleNot recommended. The flat was very dirty. Three times they entered the flat without letting me know. My neighbour was an unstable person that didn't let any of us to sleap. Awful experience. Rented in Halifax.

GoogleI arranged a property viewing over a week ago. On Friday, I called them and they advised me it was all ready for the viewing on Monday morning at 9.15 am. I got to the property just before 9 am I took the Uber. I waited outside in the rain for 15 minutes but no estate agent. So I ended up giving them a call and only then they told me that the viewing was not going to go ahead as the agent who had came to the property this morning could not get access. If that is the case why noone called me or I saw noone? I was promised to be called back to reschedule and yet still waiting.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI really don't like to leave a bad review, as anyone looking through my reviews can see I'm a very positive optimistic person...but. Dealing with this estate agent was like dealing with clowns from the circus but less professional. Took days of calling for anyone to return my call, finally arranged a viewing, the young man was very late and, frankly, smelled of marijuana, after viewing the flat he told me that the owners had already accepted an offer of twenty grand over asking price (seemed unlikely for a little flat but ok...) so I had no idea why he'd even bothered showing me around as I certianly wasn't going to be fleeced in such a way. Avoid if you can.

GoogleI’ve been using Whitehornes for my rental properties for the last 5 years and they have been excellent. Beth in particular has always had time to sort out any problems and make sure any new tenants are taken care of. In this time I’ve never had a complaint from any of the tenants. Highly recommended

FacebookBuyer avoid .. most of the property information ( year leases , services charges , ground rent ) provided incorrect and resist to verify information with the seller even the buyer or someone would like to make offer raise the concern.

FacebookI would NOT recommend using Whitehorne’s estate agents to sell a property or even buy a property they are selling. I have recently purchased a house sold by Whitehorne’s estate agents and they was nothing but rude and unhelpful. I can not believe how they treat us as buyers.

FacebookRecently had to go through this estate agents to purchase a property and through out the entire process has been a nightmare. Unhelpful staff and would not recommend to sell or let. The day we were meant to get the keys some woman told us they had not received the money and was rude over the phone. Two minutes later I had an apologetic lady telling me everything was fine, when bidding for the house we had to call the estate agents as they are that disorganised they don't even call you when another offer has been made. Basically avoid and choose a better run estate agents rant over.

GoogleThis company is stressing out my friend beyond all measure. Poor paperwork, issues with deposit statements saying not protected etc, saying washing machine space but ordered w/m gap way too small and tenant had checked several times prior and needs a place for this. I am a landlord myself but this is highly disappointing to witness. I am hoping that the staff can be honest and helpful.NegativeResponsiveness

FacebookWhitehornes truly are world class! i live on the other side of the world and Whitehornes manage a property for me. We received notice that the tenant would be moving out and within hours the property was back on the market. Within days they had found a new tenant! The new tenant moved in the day after the previous one moved out! It was so quick and i didn't have to do a thing! Thank you!
