GoogleAs soon as I walked into this estate agents it didn't take me long to decide to go elsewhere. The staff are not very friendly, they weren't organised and didn't seem to have much of a clue. I walked in and no one greeted me, after a couple of seconds I was beckoned over to a chair. The staff member I dealt with seemed very young and inexperienced. I was looking for a property and they weren't listening to what I wanted, so after about half an hour I left and went elsewhere.

FacebookIt's been a long time since I left a negative review about anything, but the service offered here has been far below what is expected of an estate agent. At 1st everything looked great, a lot of local listings, next doors house sold they were friendly when we popped in to see them and they came out to look at the house quickly. But things quickly went down hill from here, the little things like brochure pics and the write up were not great but these were small details that could easily be corrected. The main issue and the reason for the 1 star was a combination of lies and literally no follow up service. We had 5 viewings, 1 no show and 1 offer, at no point did we receive a call to see how our viewings went, at no point did we receive feedback on any of the viewings at all. We literally had to ask for feedback each time. The one offer we received was quite low, we put in a counter offer and was told it would be chased up that day, No call back, no feedback nothing. In the end we asked a friend to call up to view, they specifically asked if there were any offers only to be told no? for 3 days straight they did not receive a follow up call or email, when I rang up to ask for feedback I was told they had tried to call but couldn't get hold of them. Finally in the end we decided to remove our listing as we do not think the house would have sold with an estate agent who literally did none of the things they had said the would, when we called to take it off the market they said fine and promptly removed our sign. This I have no issue with, they managed to put up a sign quickly and remove it almost as fast, but at no point did they ask why we wanted it off the market. Now I am no estate agent but if I were, I would be calling my customers to ask for feedback and to give feedback regarding both my service and any viewings...

YellExcellent Service and great value for money
I used UTD homes for the low fees that they charged compared to other estate agents. I didn't expect the same service that you would get with one of the larger agent because of what they charge but UTD homes went above and beyond. Customer service is definitely a strong point for this small family run business.
