Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them - from giving advice, to taking professional photos and helping with many documents. They have spent hours and hours helping, going above and beyond what is usually expected from an Estate Agents, and I have no qualms in recommending their amazing services. They've been extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process and made everything so much easier. GoogleAfter compiling quotes and valuations from a range of both online & local agents, we decided that United Homes were the right people to sell with. Not only did this local agent provide a quote at online agent prices, but they also held that price for a few months over which time our dog passed away and we didn’t want people looking around our home. When we were ready to get our house on the market, they were able to have it online within 48 hours of the initial phone call. Whilst our home was always going to sell quickly, United Homes allowed us to lead the sale process, offering suggestions when we asked for them, leading to a sale price much higher than we anticipated. We chose United because of all the agents, they came across far less corporate and scripted. They are a family business and therefore have an invested interest in creating a good experience in contrast to another firm that pays staff by the hour. The team are personal, down to earth, whilst balancing professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and was more than happy to take my time out to write this review to show my appreciation!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTo cut a long story short, United Homes are fantastic! We lived locally in Wharncliffe Side and it was important to me to use a local company with knowledge of the area. We had 5 valuations in total, 3 other local agents as well as Strike (low cost but impersonal). The valuation from United was considerably higher than other agents which made me wary at first thinking they may be over valuing to secure the listing of the property - I needn't have worried as we ended up going with United and accepted an offer on the property that was below asking price but still considerably higher than all other agents valuations! We have now completed on the sale and have been delighted with the service United provided from start to finish - all for a fixed cost agreed pre-sale which was considerably lower than all the other local agents who worked on a % rate. The staff are always pleasant, responsive and operate with a personal touch. They are a small, family run business and are one of the few I've dealt with that aren't rude and condescending over the phone. Our property was dealt with towards the end by Kerry herself and I couldn't have asked for any more - even up to chasing solicitors for us up to and on the day of competition. GoogleI've only known this company through viewings, as we are looking to buy in Oughtibridge, and they seem to manage quite a few properties here. I felt they really knew the property which we we're viewing (many estate agents are seeing the property themselves for the first time on that day!). They weren't pushy at all, and validated our concerns, and didn't just dismiss them. They are easy to contact and prompt in their responses. GoogleThis is the second home we have sold with United Homes (our last night we add). The staff are very helpful and keep you regularly updated. In actual fact the main reason this house eventually went through was because Kerry constantly chased the chain. Thank you so much. 100% recommendation from us. GoogleI have used United Homes for both sales and lettings. I am not from the area and wanted someone who knew what they were doing, not just another 'sales type person' They advised me on what was needed to be done in both sales and lettings of my properties and not just what I wanted to hear, and got the results I wanted and quickly! Cant recommend them enough
