We have tried to reason with you and discuss your son’s tenancy options for the next academic year but as we’re unable to get a word in edgeways, we have stated that we will put an email together to send to all joint tenants. All tenants do have to be in agreement to end the tenancy.

Hi, The deductions are extremely minimal and fair and we have photographic evidence of these. Why not discuss any queries with us directly rather than leaving us negative reviews. Happy to charge for the full cleaning bill rather than the discounted rate offered if you would prefer? We are more than fair with deductions.

GoogleTakes advantage of student tenants and charges them unnecessary cleaning bills from their deposit, when the flat was left cleaner than when it was initially moved into. In addition they just have absurdly poor professionalism
