GoogleIve been dealing with Jack Buxton whilst purchasing a buy to let property, and I can hand on heart say that Staves (in general) and Jack, is the most enjoyable experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Very responsive, friendly, nothing is too much trouble, and I do feel like I'm speaking with a real person and not just a cog in a machine. The purchase took a lot longer than expected and they've been excellent every step of the way. I cannot recommend highly enough, a real diamond in the rough! GoogleGreat work by staves, we had some interesting circumstances by which we needed to sell our property but they were really great at providing us with all the necessary documentation and support throughout our sale and also assisted it helping us search for a property too. 100% would recommend.

GoogleWe purchased our first home through Staves - we had fantastic communication throughout the bidding process and then once we had our offer accepted we hit a few bumps in the road. We were so grateful to Ben who always called us back or replied to emails. We didnt have a clue what we were doing and so if it wasnt for him actually reaching out to us and advising of what was going via the emails, then I don't know if the sale would have ever made it. GoogleBen at Staves did an amazing job at liaising between myself , the purchaser , and the seller of our new home. He has fantastic communication skills, he's a good negotiator and tries to find resolutions to problems preventing progress. I'd definitely recommend Staves as they were a godsend when it came to my house purchase.
