GoogleVery happy with the service from Lewis and the team. We had a few challenges in the process with our solicitors but Lewis was excellent and helped us apply the pressure to get it over the line in time for the stamp duty holiday deadline. It really helped us having someone to fight our corner. The team is friendly and knowledgeable and we’d be happy to use them again.

GoogleHad a really good experience with Saxton Mee selling my house in Sheffield. I have dealt with a number of agents over the years but these were the best by a mile. Had really good sound advice all the way through the process from Liam. From how to market the property. Organising very quickly a number of viewers. Discussing the offers and how to proceed. Keeping in contact as we went through the legal process. And finally when all had been going well but there was a last minute hitch from our buyers solicitors he made efforts to get the issue resolved so we could get it sold, and coped with making sure we were kept in contact even though by then we were away on holiday for the critical two weeks. Whether it was through quick responses to our questions or regular check-ins, we always felt informed and confident that everything was on track. Always communicative, reliable, and honest and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They went above and beyond to be helpful. After speaking with a number of estate agents initially, Chris stood out as highly knowledgeable, personable and genuine. Excellent knowledge of the local housing market resulted in the property being listed at the right price. Viewings were well organised and everything went smoothly. GoogleI think I was very lucky that the first home I bought was being managed by Saxton Mee as their service was brilliant. I met a few different local agents when house hunting and found Saxton Mee to be the most genuine, straightforward, friendly, helpful and easy to deal with, who did not try to force any additional services on to me or pressurise me in any way. Nor did they try to cover up anything or tell me conflicting stories - I was surprised how much obvious bad practice I saw from others, even as a beginner. They were so professional throughout, including each and every member of their staff I dealt with during the process. I would definitely choose them in future! Thank you so much Saxton Mee!

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Saxton Mee on both the buying and selling side. From bidding to valuation to keeping us updated on progress Chris and his colleagues were professional and patient and we never felt pressured into any decisions. Responses to email queries were quick and when we did have questions about a snag in the chain it was clear the agents were seeking regular updates from solicitors.

GoogleI used Saxton Mee 11 years ago to buy the house which they are now selling for me. They were good then and have really done themselves proud this time. Within a few days of listing they had a dozen viewings lined up, and more came in over the next few days. In just three weeks, out of almost 20 viewings, four offers emerged, 3 of them higher than the top end of their forecasted range. Communication was excellent at all times. Can't recommend these guys too highly. They'll be getting some chocolate biscuits from me for the Festive Season!

Given the pandemic, the solicitors were very slow at responding, but the team at Saxton Mee tirelessly chased the solicitors every week which ultimately resulted in a successful sale. I would 100% recommend Saxton Mee, they are incredibly professional and nothing it too much trouble.
