I used Saxton Mee (Crookes) for my house sale and they were brilliant from start to finish. Chris came out to do the valuation and Liam looked after us from then on. The process of getting it onto the market was smooth; viewings were managed well. The conveyancing was a bit protracted (no fault at all of the team!) but they remained supportive and professional throughout. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent.

I used Saxton Mee Crookes office to sell a house April to June 2022 for which I was executor. The whole process was stressful, but made easier by the professional and kindly approach from Saxton Mee. Estate agents have a certain reputation, but these guys (and particularly Helen) were completely different. They gave initial advice on how best to prepare the property for sale, they acted promptly and communicated well throughout. The photographer was excellent. They shepherded all parties through to successful completion without compromising their independence. I bought and sold my own property through them 9 years ago and had the same experience, leaving the impression that a good ethos permeates the company.

Thanks to the Crookes team for a seamless and hastle free sale! From popping in for a 5 min chat to the eventual sale ( and using the solicitors recommended by Vicky) I basically had to do nothing ! The house was online within a couple of days and 30 viewings arranged within 2 weeks- great service ! More importantly , there was always someone available online or via the phone to talk to. Lewis and his team got our property on the market very quickly and ensured several viewings, which were grouped well together for efficiency. The rate was reasonable, though I did do all of my own viewings due to the pandemic.
