UPDATE: Dear Adem, I can see that you were interested in a studio apartment and you were contacted following your offer (2 days later) to advise that the landlord had chosen to proceed with another applicant, you were offered an alternative property however we have not heard back from you? Perhaps you could advise. Dear Adem, Are you able to let me know why we have warranted a one star review, I can see that you are looking for rented property however have not been able to find anything that is suitable as yet?

I am sorry to see a one star review are you able to embellish on how we can be thieves in an industry that is so closely monitored with legislation and processes? You may well have an issue currently with regards to your end of tenancy but this does not directly affect the branch and the professional, courteous approach we have had with you over the years. Reviews such as this are very damaging to my branch and I would respectfully request that it be removed and you review the department in question.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
