Went through plumlife to apply for an apartment, they have taken money from me and now will not respond to my emails to reimburse me. Pre rental documentation was sent with the wrong persons name on it and overall terrible service, no direct phone number for the team in control of the new apartments in Stockport either. It's not coming up to a month's with no word from them and they still have my money.

Jim our building manager at Park Hill…

Jim our building manager at Park Hill here in Sheffield continues to do an outstanding job. Often coming in to sort emergencies in his own time, going out of his way to help residents whenever he can, etc etc. Other parts of the estate are managed by RMG and have tons of issues, not so here in Phase 1 where Mr Martin is in charge, long may he continue.

Excellent service from start to picking up keys, all the staff at Plumlife were amazing and explained well the process of buying a shared ownership house. Great communication from the team especially Ian Burns who was supportive throughout the process. Ian went above and beyond not just with the development but assisting with solicitors and finance. They were patient, explained every step clearly, and always took the time to answer my questions. I’m so grateful for their guidance and highly recommend them to any first-time buyer! Their friendly and knowledgeable approach made my experience enjoyable, and I am overall very happy with how things turned out. Plumlife just don't care…

Received letter in the post giving us less than 24 hours notice to remove all vehicles from the car park by 8am next day to allow contractors to complete pothole repairs. Some neighbours are on holiday! To make it worse for those of us who complied no contractor turned up! Called to get an update at lunch time and was fobbed off that they would call back - they didn't! Latest in a long line of rubbish service since Plumlife took over: we live in a listed building and getting them to do any maintenance is like trying to herd cats. They will be responsible for this building going to ruin and being lost from the historic record.

Amazing first-time buying experience with Plumlife!

Where do I even start?.... I now live in my dream home and it is all thanks to Ian Burns, who has been so amazing, personable and professional throughout the entire purchasing process. Ian has made the whole process with Plumlife so smooth and seamless, with constant communication and updates, to providing reassurance and support when certain things didn't go as planned. I was a first-time buyer so had limited knowledge about mortgages initially, but Ian recommended a trusted mortgage advisor and solicitors who literally did everything for me. Ian went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me secure my home and has still been on hand to sort out any issues (minor ones may I add) following moving in, and I know I can still contact him with any future queries, which adds an extra layer of security. I am so grateful to have had such a positive experience with someone who genuinely cares about people and doesn't just want to make quick/thoughtless sales. Ian is an absolute asset to Plumlife and I really hope that he is recognised for all his hard work and dedication towards the company, particularly towards the families that he deals with. Polite and professional

We can’t fault the team at plumlife at all every phone-call and meeting was always very polite and professional, we dealt with Ian and he couldn’t do more for us on the journey of purchasing my mums property. He guided and helped us with every step along the way even when things got complicated with solicitors and went above and beyond in my opinion. We can’t thank him enough for his assistance. The only thing I have to say is it does take a while to sort out any snagging issues or report anything through plumlife over the phone or though email and this is something they could work on but as we live on an active site they do have someone on site to go and see which is a lot easier but won’t be once they are no longer here.

Smooth transition into my new home

I moved into my new home 2 weeks ago & have to say, my experience with Plumlife has been exceptional so far. I initially dealt with Kelly, and then Ian. Both have been super helpful, kept me informed along the way and accommodated any needs I’ve had - responding quickly to all my emails & phone calls. On the day of move in, there was a delay (with solicitors) with myself & another family. It went on late into the evening. But Ian stayed around, going above & beyond to do all he could to help. This was very much appreciated.

Plumlife have taken two months direct…

Plumlife have taken two months direct debit from my daughters account after she had bought her previously shared ownership property. Over 35 days ago now. Plumlife owned the error and assured her she would be reimbursed in full but “it could take 28 days for the payment to be made”. I wan’t aware my daughter had extended a line of credit to Plumlife, neither was she. Thirty five days and counting she is still chasing & waiting for payment because “Phil is on annual leave” and “needs to sign the paper work”. Beggars belief. Not the first time this business has been negligent with basic customer service. Take my advice steer well clear of them. At best incompetent and careless with clients reasonable expectations. Mr T. My new home

I am really happy I got my shared ownership home through Plumlife. From start to finish I cannot fault them and Kelly was amazing throughout. I had no idea what I was doing and she talked me through the whole process. She kept me informed about what was going on and if I had any questions she always responded quickly and would go out of her way to resolve any issues. When I moved in she had a bag of goodies to welcome me into my new home and I felt she was as truly excited for me as I was. I love my new home and I cannot thank Kelly and Plumlife enough. Hi I am currently remortgaging my shared equity property! As I’m on a interest only mortgage at 7% interest! So want to go onto a affordable repayment mortgage at 3.5 % Yvonne Unwin has been very helpful to me nothing is too much trouble. She has provided me with excellent customer service. She has gone well above and beyond the extra mile. She got me permission from homes England for me to remortgage for another 24 years. As I’m paranoid schizophrenic on a community treatment order because of my disability I was in hospural most months of the year so couldn’t work. So could only afford interest only mortgage. So yvonne understood my situation and asked homes England if they would approve me staying in my house. They said yes! so I’m very happy I can stay in my house. Yvonne’s help has changed my life I thought I’d have to move into a rented flat so because of Yvonne’s kindness I can stay in my house for another 24 years! Thank you for everything yvonne and plum life you’ve been very kind to me and I do appreciate all your help! I feel very lucky Best wishes Zoe smith
