Fantastic service from start to picking up keys. Excellent communication from the team especially Ian Burns who was supportive throughout the process. Poor service charge horrific amounts of money for poor service

The absolute worst company I've had the displeasure of dealing with charged nearly a thousand pounds to have a 6 ft piece of wood fitted to porch by a property maintenance company that are not registered with any governing bodies which wasn't finished off they pay lip service at bestt communication is horrendous at best. They sent general maintenance workers not tradespeople to do repairs, which are just bodged they are just a joke wish I had never bought my home.

Buying our first home with plumlife

This was our first time buying a new home and not going to lie the process was daunting. But michelle topping and sarah aylott made this process alot more easier and comfortable. When I needed advice they were there to hand on the other end of the phone. They also checked in through out the process to see how we were getting on with the solicitors and if they needed anything from them. From our first initial meet on putting a deposit down to getting the keys we were very impressed with the service we recieved. We now all happy in a our new home so thanks again

House has so many snagging issues Had to complain to stage 2 now. Caught in a war in your home between builder and subcontractors and plumlife / greaterplaces. Total joke. Avoid if you dont want a nightmare. Great concept bad builders bad aftercare.

Personal letter required

I made contact regarding a letter I needed from Plumlife and the task was designated to Liam Jones. He couldn’t have been more helpful and got back to me really quickly with the letter. He also highlighted that my account was in credit and gave me details of what I’d need to do to reclaim it. He also confirmed it was a true credit after I’d got back to him querying it. I can’t fault his actions and commend him for his service. If I ever need anything more from Plumlife I hope it’s Liam or someone equally conscientious who deals with it.

They keep sending threatenning letters…

They keep sending threatenning letters to pay them around £200 for a service i never used, didn't even know about them! I have never signed any contract or anything with them!!I called for more info twice and both operators didn't actually know what services they offer, then asked for my email to send me a guide, never recieved it! Emailed them a few times an all the email addresses i have found, no answer back for weeks!Zero customer service, disgusting attitude in their letters threatenning to sue you and "lose your house", in their words.Never agreed to share my data with them but somehow they got it and use it to blackmail me for money.Will seek legal procedures and sue them.

Terrible house experience

I have to agree with the sentiment to not fill out surveys before everything is satisfactory. First time buyer with shared ownership. I have no response for literally 2 weeks since I've moved in. No proper running hot water or heating. You can't phone them because you end up waiting hours, the chat is the same. The emergency line just cuts off. I called on a so called training day and was told to call back the next day. The builders just block my drive way everyday and I've not even been told I would subjected this and there isn't even a reason for doing it. The ventilation system is broken was told I need to keep this on and runs like a loud building site. So now I can't use the boost switches I got told some nonsense of someone needing to comeback and look at the motor and heard nothing. And to add insult to injury I don't even pay what I've been quoted for my direct debit as the building insurance went up on the 1st April without even being informed so great for my budget! All in all just been a terrible experience for me
