Very happy as a current tenant in a Letwise property - myself and my housemate had a trouble free move into our property in May and everything has run smoothly since. We had an issue with our shower last week and Letwise sent their maintenance team out straight away to take a look - polite and friendly guys, and within days we've had a gutter repair and a whole new shower fitted. Having a local, contactable letting agent means problems can be resolved quickly and without stress - we recommend!

My partner and I have recently rented a property through Letwise, and what an excellent experience we have had. Having only ever rented through private landlords I was a little apprehensive to go through an agency but it has been so easy. The lady who showed us the property was very friendly and helpful and did not put pressure on us at all to make a decision on the spot, which is what we were expecting.. Since then all the ladies in the office have been more than helpful, I have had a slight issue with my credit rating and they have done everything and more within their power to overlook this and sort it with the new landlord. They have put up with my constant emails always wanting an update and have managed to get us into the property with our unrealistic looming move in date. Could not recommend, or thank them enough!

Being a landlord based in Cardiff and being totally reliant on local letting agents has its obvious challenges. Having been with Letwise for approx one year, I can honestly say that Mark, Dianne and Sally who myself and my wife have had dealings with have been absolutely first class and ever so friendly. In fact, the very opposite of our experiences with other lettings agents based in Sheffield. They have an excellent knowledge of their markets and cannot do enough for their customers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to other landlords.

The whole team at Letwise are amazing. I live in Australia and having my house empty between tenancy's was very stressful being so far away. They were so quick to respond and Mark really reassured me. Their handyman went in and priced up all the work and was again very supportive and super quick at responding to my emails and working to my budget. I ended up deciding to sell my property instead of re-rent just because of circumstance but again Letwise we're super supportive and Richard the handyman even continued to help with the work needed to get the house ready for market. Absolutely great team and would 100% recommend. Thanks guys!!!

Myself and my house mate roxy, have been under the great care of Letwise of July last year! This is for me my very first time renting a property so I wanted everything to go right. From day one all of the Letwise team have done have been supportive and absolutely fantastic, there team is outstanding, nothing is too much for them. You go in there with a concern and it's done within a couple of days, it's amazing I honestly cannot praise them enough on what a lovely job they do taking care of us! I could write an essay on how brilliant they all are but I would honestly take me forever! ☺ hands down Letwise is the place to go weather it be your first time renting or you've been renting for years, they are the most understanding people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and knowing! I have been renting a private property from letwise for four years now. They have an office on Chesterfield Rd which is manned by several staff at a time meaning that issues can be dealt with on the spot. Problems are dealt with there and then and maintenance men often call back on the day a problem is reported. Urgent problems are attended to in a matter of hours. The team there are friendly, approachable and keen to help. Overall speedy and efficient. Mainly thanks to good communication and good staffing levels.
