GoogleJust moved out of a property managed by JC due to an external issue outside the control of the agents. Any emails sent were replied to within 24 hours (working days), all repairs booked in and arranged around myself. Never experienced any problems at all with JC Lettings and wish them all the best for the future. Who knows, maybe I'll rent from them again one day. Thank you JC for all your help and hard work over the years.

GoogleFrom my tennant experience with JC Lettings I can only rate them as excellent. They took over management of the property we rent after the preview agency's incompetence rose to critical levels. JC Lettings had hard time to clean up the mess, and they did it very well and quickly. Information management in JC Lettings is well planned and organized. Communication is effective and they react quickly. They use right tools and they use them well. It is a rare gem, this company.

GoogleWhat a great experience. Having been a landlord for over twenty years I’ve used quite a few letting agents to find my tenants and manage my properties. Recently one of my properties became vacant and I decided to give J C Lettings the task of finding a new tenant. On the day that I called Christian at J C Lettings, he came to the property to take photos and prepare for marketing. By that evening the property was listed on Rightmove. Three days later the property had five viewings and three applications. The week after my new tenant moved in. First months rent was paid to my account immediately. What more could a landlord ask for? Thank you J C Lettings for your speedy and professional service.

I had as a Landlord, JC Letting and sales I think is the best agent estate, they will look after you in a small single job. If you need anything you just contact them. They will answer you. GoogleI’ve used JC lettings in the past month to rent out a property in dronfield. From the initial rental appraisal valuation with Christian to marketing it,viewings & a new tenant signed up it was a very fast/smooth process! The bonus was that the new tenants kindly paid 12 months in advance. The professionalism,knowledge, attention to detail, customer service & patience especially with my constant calls was amazing!
