"Big enough to matter, small enough to care" - it sounds like something which we've all heard from a letting agency, but JC Lettings live and die by this statement. From day one of being a tenant, you couldn't wish to find a more personable agency. Christian and Bethany are absolutely fantastic, everything they say they're going to do, they do and in good time. Repairs are done quickly and first time around. Unfortunately, we had to move on from our previous property, as we needed more space. Even at the end of our tenancy, Christian is absolutely fantastic - deposit processed back to us less than a day after our check-out inspection. JC Lettings also have a Cyber Essentials certification - which really brings home the "small enough to care" phrase - this isn't something which has to be done, it's something to demonstrate the commitment to quality and professionalism. Maybe one day we'll have the pleasure of renting a property through JC Lettings again. Thank you for everything!

Although this has been on a very small scale, I have never been so impressed with the quality of service from another agent, and they have all been pretty good. We have been in the process of selling our first home and were put in touch with Nicki Ward at JC Sales and Lettings via our mortgage advisor Dan McGregor. From the moment we met Nicki we felt at ease. She makes this daunting, stressful and difficult task of buying and selling so smooth and straightforward, and we have felt supported at every step of the way. She has been really clear in her communication, and never once left us hanging or failed to get back to us within good time. She has gone the extra mile at every step of this process, and we have always felt like she has the time for us to talk through anything. She’s kind, considerate and very thoughtful in how she works. As first time buyers and landlords, JC Lettings were extremely helpful and quickly got tenants for our new property within a few days. They sorted pretty much everything out for us which was amazing. Christian has been amazing from day one and always available to answer our questions right from the start of our property purchase process. He advised us in the best way to make the property suitable for tenants and kept us informed throughout. We were fully convinced by his professional ethic that we will surely be going with JC lettings after the property purchase was complete and were not disappointed! Throughout the entire application process Bethany has been amazing! From the moment we enquired about a house we were interested in she has been quick to respond and help. Answered our query quickly and we had a viewing scheduled by the end of the day. We applied for the house right after the viewing and we hadn't looked for a new house for a while so we were really unsure how the process worked anymore, but Bethany was there and helped us every step of the way. She clarified everything they needed from us and why, processed everything promptly and before we knew it we got the house! House applications have always been such a chore and that's what we had prepared for but thankfully for once this wasn't the case and it's in no small part thanks to Bethany and JC letting!
