GoogleIgloo were excellent in helping my nephew finding student accommodation in Sheffield which when I visited him, blew my expectations out of the water....if only the accommodation was this good in my day :) The service has been great and we will definitely be choosing Igloo again to for accommodation this year. Big thanks to the Igloo team for looking after him. Five Stars

GoogleI've been really happy with the service I have received from Igloo so far this year. The staff are very friendly and willing to help you if you have any queries or problems. When we moved in one of the radiators didn't work, so I emailed Igloo and the next day a plumber arrived to fix it!

GoogleTypically, like most student letting agents, they treat their tenants terribly as we're students and think they can get away with it. Quite rude staff and house was damp and dirty upon arrival. Edit: received a call from the manager who was much more accommodating than her colleges (altered review from 1 to 2 stars).

GoogleI have been using Igloo for my student lets for several years now, and the service is excellent. My properties have always been promptly let, and the follow up with myself and my tenants has been first class. Maintenance issues are always dealt with promptly, and the financial side is simple and transparent.

GoogleThe house rented was in an appalling state and a disproportionate amount of the deposit was retained at the end of the tenancy.
