No replies to anything. Chased up 4 times. Advised to come into branch to arrange a viewing due to high demand. Why bother using rightmove if you are going to be ignored and then fobbed off. Now expected to drive into Sheffield branch. Poor, poor customer service

We've had such a great experience using Haybrook to sell our house. Linda came to value our house, took photos and a video for social media all on the same day and had everything up on Rightmove within 48 hours. Our house then sold in a week to a cash buyer and the whole negotiation process was managed better than we could have asked. Linda has gone above and beyond throughout and even gave us advice for buying the house of our dreams. We're not planning to move for a while but we'll be recommending Haybrook to all of our friends who are. Definitely the best customer experience we've had from any business during the covid lockdown.

Constant harrassment with letters

Constant harrassment with letters. Could care less then that a house has sold nearby. Received constamt stream of letters. Two emails and an angry phone call and the letterd keep coming. Emma Belcher Branch manager of Haybrook stop sending harrassing letters.
