GoogleQuick and easy process. Lydia was very helpful and always gave prompt replies. Their problem report system is also very good, had a problem with our hot water tank sorted the next day.

GoogleAs someone who finds house hunting stressful I wasn't looking forward to having to go through this process again - especially off the back of the COVID-19 quarantine. However, Blundells (specifically Lydia Thompson) made this experience very easy and stress free! We found a property we would like to rent on Rightmove and enquired. We received a virtual tour as soon as it was available (which was faster than most other letting agencies) and we were then promptly provided with the necessary documents to apply for renting. We received responses to all our enquiries extremely quickly (often within 10-15 minute periods) and just had an overall stress-free and positive experience! Would definitely recommend!

GoogleLydia Thompson from Blundells was amazing! She helped me and my two friends move into a beautiful flat and was always on the other end of her phone or emails to answer any and all questions we had. Lydia never made us feel like we was bothering her and when picking up the keys explained as much as possible everything we needed to know. She was there able to still give us the best customer service when moving in too. I recommend going to Blundells in town! The staff there are lovely and are willing to help you as much as they can too.

GoogleFull of people who trick the clients! Never arranged the viewing with the excuse of covid and hide the all broken tiles in the bathroom until I have been forced blindly to sign and only noticed on moving in. It’s been more than a month moving out and deposit release is hopeless. Can never get hold of the woman from countrywide and she never replies. This is absolutely frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TrustpilotMe and my partner got accepted for rent…
Me and my partner got accepted for rent on a house along side my sister, we arranged to pick up the keys and was told everything had been verified. The day before we get a call saying the landlord won’t accept my sister living there, my sister handed in her notice for her current address, we cancelled a holiday abroad to move in. We had bought furniture and arranged removals, to find out the day before they had changed their minds. They then listed the property again afterwards and increased the rent payment. They wasn’t apologetic at all, completely messed us around, and then tried to refuse a refund on our deposit. Absolute disgrace of a company I wouldn’t even give 1 star, inconsiderate as they come. Don’t use this letting agency!!!!

GoogleI was dealing with Lydia mostly and i can say that this was very lovely to go through all procedures with her to get me into new home. I struggled with some things but Lydia always told me what to do and where to get it (especially references). She is very professional as well as her lovely colleagues and i am now happily moved in.
