TrustpilotHappily ignorant and neglectful
Happily ignorant and neglectful of any duties other than collecting rent. Slight pain to sort which was not their fault, but the delays and timing were. Rented a house for two years. Used some suspect cleaning company (that they are miraculously) also linked with to extort us on leaving. Why would any sane business use a firm that charged sixty quid to clean an oven other than corruption? A great example of the modern approach to renting, akin to a medieval land baron who wants money but does not want to provide any service. Avoid if possible

TrustpilotPoor and incompetent property managers
We used their property management and tenancy service. They were extremely unprofessional and kept us bouncing between various people. They will only get in touch when it is financially incentivised directly for them. They delayed our claim which resulted in it being rejected, and are very rarely transparent. The also told us very late about our deposit claim and only via phone after months of chasing. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleNot entirely organised, and staff do not communicate with each other. I came in for a pre arranged viewing, but they couldn't find my information. The agent quickly assumed I had the wrong information and that it was my fault. She didn't ask her colleagues.

FacebookCustomer service is a joke. Still haven't given us the correct keys so we can check the electricity meter. Energy company charging us £180p/m because they haven't given us this key - and can't find one as it's "not their problem it's the landlords".
