GoogleWebsite could do with more information for apartments that they are selling particularly when it comes to annual service charge.

Whilst we would prefer to input written details of service/management charges on our particulars, if a vendor gives us incorrect information and we publish this, then we could be liable for giving out wrong details. The best practice is to contact our office and we will give the details to you based on what we have been informed by the owners verbally.
