I have just completed the sale and purchase of my new property and I am so pleased and satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. I could not have done it without Tracey and Brook’s help, they were always there if I needed any help and advise. All in all, I found the whole team, Tracey, Brook and Kyle very friendly, polite and a pleasure to talk to, we had a good laugh. I will certainly recommend Your Move to anyone who wants to sell or buy as the service you get is the best. I’m going to miss them when I have moved.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have worked closely with both Tracey & Brook over the past few months in the sale of our property. From day 1 they have both been great. What with the current situation (Covid-19) we thought the bungalow sale would take another few months. How wrong were we! Absolutely brilliant!...after having a horrendous experience with another very well known estate agents.i was very wary about re selling my house with another agent however I had no need tracey, brooke and the team have been amazing! I Would recommend selling your house with your move sheerness. I had dealings with other estate agents on the island this year and they were not as good. Your move were different! Always recieved confirmation emails of viewings within 10 minutes of viewings being booked and viewings were always followed up with feedback phone call. Tracey, brooke and Craig are all lovely people (not what you always get with estate agents) and I always felt they were honest with us and working in our best interest, It felt more like phoning friends when i called them as they always made time for me and genuinely cared. We sadly lost our buyer but your move managed to find us not only 1 but 2 more buyers within 6 weeks. Once we had secured our buyer there was never any need to chase them up as they were very proactive in finding out what was going on with solicitors etc. and reporting back.

I hate Your Move with a passion. Thankfully I will never have to use them again. I HATE their Lettings team as not one member knows what they are doing. They are pathetic and their Customer Service is non existent, with poor knowledge. **Warning** they tell you they will call you back NEVER believe them, ever. However Tracey and Pam would easily get 5 stars within the Sheerness branch because they are women of their word and I would gladly recommend them as individuals within a company that oozes poor poor poor Customer Service, particularly the Southampton HQ .

Tracey, Craig, Brooke and the wonderful Pam have been excellent and acted in a friendly, courteous and professional way at all times. I was quite anxious before I went to them, but they immediately put me at ease. They did everything they promised in a quick and timely manner. I would especially like to comment on how impressive their telephony was. Every call I made was answered almost immediately and, if the person I wanted was not available, I received a callback really quickly.
