We moved recently for the first time in 39 yrs and we weren't really sure what to expect or how the whole process worked. Tracey , Brooke & the team at Your Move Sheerness were brilliant throughout the whole process and really set our minds at ease and helped us from start to finish to deal with everything that comes with a house move. With the lockdown in place she may not be in her office but she as been at the end of the phone when I have lost it she as been there to calm me down this lady is a absolute star five all the way xxxxx Tracey she is brilliant I would recommend her to anyone that is selling to go to her . We cannot fault Tracey and her team Brooke & Craig. The first meeting we had with Tracey was very clear that it was completely the right thing to do after having a very difficult and stressful time trying to sell our property through another estate agent, who gave us false hope with their initial evaluation and ended up dropping £40,000 off our property with hardly no viewings. Tracey and her team have done the complete opposite In just TWO WEEKS! They have sold our property for more than the asking price and we have had non stop viewings ??.. we can not thank them enough for what they have done for us! We appreciate everything, thank you.

Tracey and her team were impressive supporting us from start to finish. We didn't have the smoothest of sales we lost a buyer but Tracey and her team were extremely proactive in getting us another buyer within 3 weeks. Tracey kept me informed with our sale and liased with solicitors on my behalf and resolved any issues and there were quite a few. Tracey and Craig were fantastic in chasing up all queries I felt they went above and beyond to get everything resolved and running smoothly. The staff here are absolutely amazing. Tracy, Brooke and Craig assisted what you might call a difficult sale which prolonged for the best part of a year due to myself losing buyers. They all knew what was happening at every step of the way and have become what I consider to be friends of the Isle. I would definitely recommend them to help sell through or buy a property as they made the experience less stressful. Tracy was especially amazing as she didn't just see me as a statistical customer she took time to get to know me as a person and my circumstances and helped where she could. Making me feel especially important. Well done guys!

Sheerness your move have been amazing Craig was our first step of the buying and selling process, he came around and talked us through how buying and selling works and what your move could offer us, I had a few agents round to value and speak to and going with your move was the best option from price to service.. Pam (mortgage adviser) helped us get the best mortgage we could and I would highly recommend her services she was there from the start to finish and if I had any questions or general help with the move I could call and speak to her. Tracey (estate agent) has been my absolute rock through this whole process and has spoken to me most day including her days of we never would of got to where we are now if it wasn’t for her if you want round the clock service from start to finish Tracey is the go to girl!! My over all expireance with your move has been amazing and I couldn’t recommend a better team at sheerness branch, your move thank you for everything you have done for us

I can’t thank the team at Your Move Sheerness enough! We used Pam as our mortgage advisor, she is an absolute star ***** she went out of her way to help us and make buying our new home possible! I can’t recommend her enough - if you need a mortgage advisor Pam is the one you NEED! Thank you. Tracey helped us with the purchase of our new home, the effort she puts in is wonderful, she’s on the ball and gets things done ASAP, when she says she’s going to get something done she does it! No waiting about. Constantly kept up to date with any information which is great when you’re an eager buyer excited about moving! Top woman ***** Craig and Brooke who are also part of sheerness team are equally as wonderful too, every time I have phoned either one of them has been so helpful with any queries I’ve had and explained anything to me that I may have needed help with. It’s a shame we was late by a couple days in a different contact otherwise we would have used them to sell our property as well as buying from them. If we ever decide to sell in the future we will definitely be using the team at Sheerness. Thank you all for everything you have done for us! Xxx

Was recommended Pam as a mortgage advisor by a friend and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else. She is absolutely fantastic and so on the ball and got us a brilliant mortgage. I received updates as soon as anything changed or progressed in buying our house and was always kept in the loop. I wasn't even buying a house through Your Move but everyone in there are really friendly and cannot do enough to help. Would highly recommened to anyone and everyone.

Amazing - from start to finish ! Would highly recommend Tracey, Brooke and Craig - always at the other end of the phone to help. We used Pam for our mortgage and lets just say what an amazing lady. She made you feel like her time was yours and yours alone no rushing you and she explained everything. We also went with the conveyancing team with Your Move and again from start to finish was a breeze. The most stressful time of it was the actual moving of boxes. From start to finish we had no issues with anyone we used within the Your Move team. Absolutely fantastic !

This is the third time I have used Tracey (Your Move Branch Manager) to buy/sell a house. In fact I tracked her down to Your Move when she left a previous Agent on the Island and I was thrilled to discover she had become a Branch Manager something she deserved at her previous Agents. She is absolutely amazing at every aspect of the process from negotiation to moving things on and particularly as the house goes to exchange/completion. She made the process so stress free and her contact with me was outstanding. The Your Move branch in Sheerness is a special place. Tracey, Brook and Craig are an amazing team. In the last few years I have dealt with most estate agents on the Island having bought and sold three times and Tracey and the Your Move Team set the standard for others to live up to.
