Scottish Property Centre Shawlands reviews

I would highly recommend Scottish Property Centre. We just sold a flat with them and I could not fault them through the entire process. They stuck to their word, their communication was excellent, and they got us a good and quick sale of our flat, which I believe is down to their good understanding of the market and their honest and straightforward approach. SPC really stand out, particularly when most interactions with Estate Agents have often turned out to be negative. I don't hesitate in recommending them. Thanks for all your help!

Fantastic service from Craig, Greg, Donna and Olivia. The photos and videos of my property were amazing and helped get me lots of viewers and an excellent sale price. Regular communication from the first valuation right through to completion. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell my property. Great value too. Thanks again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Was acting as a buyer to someone who was using Scottish Property Centre. Communication was good with the office on Kilmarnock Road. Picking up the keys seamless. From my experience I would recommend them as a company to be involved with.

Please stay away from this agency as far as possible. They easily leave you in your flat without heating and hot water for over a month. And everything else is also broken and they say they are definitely not going to fix it. Just please stay away.
