GoogleMy wife and I have used the services of the Scottish Property Centre for 8.5 years. They acted as our property manager/letting agent for 8 years whilst we were based in Australia and recently acted as our estate agent successfully marketing our property which sold last week. Throughout our dealings with SPC they have exceed our expectations, the tenants they arranged were both long term and returned our property in good condition. Our rent was always paid on time and we were very happy with the recent property sale value. We have always been particularly impressed by the consistently swift responses provided by Craig and his team over the years. I would not hesitate to recommend SPC to anyone looking to rent or let, buy or sell a property.

GoogleAVOID at all costs. This company are sly and underhand. I had paid a deposit to hold the property, so was told they would take off the market and stop viewings in meantime until credit check was complete. Then I noticed a few days later after credit check they had put the property back on Rightmove website without telling us and giving us our money back . This company have lack of communication and I had to make contact before any money was eventually paid back. Long and stressful process with them. Would NOT recommend!
Hi Emma, I can appreciate your frustration, however we have been completely honest throughout the process and did exactly as we said we would do. When you paid your deposit on 28th October, the property was removed from the market and viewings suspended whilst your credit and reference checks were carried out. Unfortunately, as you are aware, the checks did not pass our criteria. The property was then put back on the market and your full deposit was returned on 5th November (the same day as we received your bank details). We have had no financial gain whatsoever from not going ahead with your application and are still marketing for a new tenant.
